Wakelyns vegetables, potatoes and flour
Wakelyns Farm is unusual in that food crops are a by-product of the experimental procedures of Wakelyns Agroforestry. However, the farm produces significant quantities of potatoes and wheat is milled for flour with the farm’s micro-mill. Michael Knights of Daganya Farm oversee the horticulture side, producing a wide range of vegetables. An exceptionally wide range of varieties is produced from the experimental emphasis on mixed cropping.
